After Sunday I really wanted to get to the pool and start swimming and putting -even more- thoughts in my training.But what happened is that on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I just had no motivation to swim for a long time and/or laps. Instead I started doing drills and drills and drills. I thought I was slacking off and getting slower.  Yesterday ( Wednesday ) a friend of mine was at the pool and she wanted to do some set.
