NOTE TO PARATRIATHLETES: Â The steep downhill is about a 10% grade and leads into a sharp left turn. It may not be suitable for all paratriathletes.

- Where: Ann Arbor Skyline High School 2552 North Maple Road, Ann Arbor, MI
- Race Capacity: 500

YES! Â THIS IS AN INDOOR POOL SWIM! Â HERE IS HOW IT WILL WORK: Â You will be seeded based upon your expected 400 swim time. This means when you fill out the entry form you are going to indicate your estimated time. Â If you don’t know your time, please go to the pool and time yourself. For the overall flow of the race it is very critical to be accurate and honest with your time.
SNAKE SWIM
The snake swim will begin with the fastest seeded swimmer. The next fastest swimmer and so on will enter the water at 15 second intervals. Upon entering the water you will swim the length of a lap then turn on the wall and the swim back down the lap lane. When you complete the lap, you then swim under the lane and enter lane two and proceed the same way. Continue snaking up and down the lanes until you have completed 8 laps/400 yards. Â The example below shows a map of a 300 yard swim.
