We are currently hiring the following positions:

Race Director Intern
Description: Epic Races is looking for a hard-working, dedicated individual who is interested in playing a key role in organizing this year’s races. Race Director Interns provide support in a variety of operational areas, including race event planning and production, marketing, sponsorship, social media, inventory management, supply distribution, and volunteer coordination. Your internship will be tailored to your future plans.
The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the willingness to work in a team environment. Personal transportation is a requirement. This is a paid position. Dates are now through the end of October with time allowed to attend school in the fall.
Race Operations Crew
Description: Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the operations crew will help set up the race venue, monitor the course during the race, tear down the course, and work as part of a team to ensure the race runs smoothly.

Marketing and Social Media Director
Description: This Marketing and Social Media Director will serve as the frontline brand manager by interacting with customers and fans in real time on Facebook. Duties also include acting as a liaison across the Internet; participating in minute-by-minute online conversations by answering questions, offering solutions and mediating conversations; and creating content for feeds and sparking discussion on various social networking sites. The right candidate will have the ability to work with cross-functional teams, a knack for research, a sharp wit and a willingness to work during nonstandard business hours.
Expo and Sponsorship Director
Description: The Expo and Sponsorship Director will recruit event sponsors and expo vendors as well as direct race expos and manage sponsorship activation.
Volunteer Coordinator
Description: The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, placing, and communicating with volunteers prior to and on race day.
Community Engagement Coordinator
Description: The Community Engagement Coordinator will identify and connect resources to the community to establish viable partnerships which support the mission of Epic Races.
