TRAINING GROUPS AND RACE ENTRIES
AVAILABLE TO THOSE IN EARLY RECOVERY AT NO COST
8-week training program begins Sunday, May 8, and includes:
– Personal training plan
– Organized weekend group training runs
– 2 group training opportunities per week
– Individual coaching sessions via Zoom
– Weekly group coaching sessions via Zoom
– Free race entry to Ann Arbor Sports Commission Firecracker 5K, July 4
All participants must complete a minimum of 6 weeks of group training to qualify for a free race entry.
20-week training program begins Sunday, May 8, and includes:
– Personal training plan
– Organized weekend group training runs
– 2 group training opportunities per week
– Individual coaching sessions via Zoom
– Weekly group coaching sessions via Zoom
– Free race entry to Probility Ann Arbor Marathon, October 2
All participants must complete a minimum of 12 weeks of group training to qualify for a free race entry.
