Epic Races invites you to run or walk the HeartMiRun Virtual 5K. Benefiting Michigan State Parks, the HeartMIRun takes you off the sidewalks and roadways of the cities and suburbs and into our stunning state parklands and preserves.
To participate in the HeartMIRun Virtual 5K, follow these steps:
Every HeartMIRun participant will receive a gorgeous medal, along with a HeartMIRun T-shirt and a HeartMIRun sticker. All HeartMIRun swag will be mailed out on November 30, 2018.
If you have not already joined our Strava Virtual Race Club, please remember to check it out at https://www.strava.com/clubs/heartmirun. It is a great way to track your mileage as well as get some extra inspiration. We will have a special award for the male and female winners on Strava. Strava posts can be uploaded directly to Facebook!
You can participate in HeartMIRun even if you don’t live in the Mitten or UP. Simply go to your state’s favorite state park, forest, trail, etc., and do your walk or run there, then tell us all about it on our Facebook event page!
Please note: Epic Races does not ship swag to Canada or internationally. If you are a resident of Canada or another country and wish to participate in an Epic Races virtual event, please provide us with a U.S. shipping address.
Check out the ins and outs of participating in a virtual run here. Then grab your gear, grab some friends, and head out to do your HeartMIRun!
