We are so excited to announce our newest EPIC virtual challenge… the 3 RUN 3! You can run or walk outdoors, indoors, on the road, or on the treadmill to complete your challenge! The challenge goes from today through March 13… aka 3-13. You can do one, two, all 3!
And now… for the challenges…
The Metric 313: Run or walk 313 kilometers which is exactly 194.489 miles. Log your Ks and plan your schedule to reach 313 Ks by 3-13. If you start on January 15, that is about an average of 5K a day or 3.1 miles.
13.1 in the 313: Train for and run or walk a 13.1 on 3-13 in the 313! (We will supply the training schedule) This half-marathon is also the first half of our “Michigan MarathonHER” challenge. Complete 3RUN3 in the spring and Women Run the D in the fall and you are a Michigan MarathonHER!
3.1 in the 313: Train for and run or walk a 5K or 3.1 on 3-13 in the 313.

What’s with this Michigan MarathonHER?
Each year we have the opportunity for you to become a Michigan MarathonHER. Finish one of our spring 13.1 events along with the Women Run the D 13.1 in September and you earn a special award. We are VERY EXCITED about this year’s award… here it is:
Can I complete my 313K after March 13?
Yes, you can, but the event will officially be over on March 13.
If I do the Metric 313 Challenge and the 13.1 or the 3.1 in the 313, will the miles be counted toward my 313?
Yes, they will. Just be sure you log them for both events.
Is there a discount for participating in more than one event?
Yes, there is. You will save 10% on your second event and 20% on your third event. The discount will be automatically deducted during registration.
