5K & 1-Mile Run/Walk to benefit Michigan Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MIOCA)
Run or walk downtown Ann Arbor – choose from the 5K , the 1-Mile Fun Run, or the Ann Arbor Sports Commission Kids 200-meter dash!
Celebrate a day for all women — Mother’s Day! — by joining your mothers, sisters, daughters, your entire sisterhood in the Suburban Chevrolet Arbor Goddess Run and showing Ann Arbor how truly divine you are. You can even race with your daughter or mother on our USATF-certified 5K course in the Mother-Daughter category or add a grandmother or granddaughter for our Three Generations of Women category of fabulous females (participants must compete in the 5K for these divisions)!
Looking for less distance? Participate in the untimed One-Mile Fun Run. Create a team of your family members, co-workers, neighbors, or friends and enjoy the camaraderie of your fellow females as you wind your way through the city’s scenic downtown district to the finish line. Whatever your age or ability may be, you know you can do this.
While this is a day to celebrate goddesses of all generations, we also welcome gods (husbands, brothers, fathers, sons, grandfathers, and more), as long as they support our goddesses and this very vital cause (awards are just for the ladies, guys!)
Before the race, participants are invited to participate in pre-race warm-ups led by Delirium Fitness and Team Dee Amigos Del Busto!
The 5K Course is USATF certified and all events are walker-friendly!
Ovarian cancer survivors all get free entries compliments of Epic Races. Please contact Julie Bates at firstname.lastname@example.org for a code.
Ann Arbor Sports Commission 200-Meter Kids Dash
The Ann Arbor Sports Commission was recently formed to attract amateur sporting events to the Ann Arbor region by assisting organizers every step of the way.
We are thrilled that they will be hosting the 200-Meter Kids Dash which takes off immediately prior to the 5K and 1-Mile events. The kids are cheered to the finish line by 2000+ fans where they all earn a finisher’s medal and partake in post-race festivities.
Some even hop in a stroller and join their families in the 5K or mile event.
POST RACE PARTY SPONSOR: Truly Spiked & Sparkling with their Truly Wild Berry, a clean spiked sparkling water

We are proud and excited to announce that we will be serving “Truly Wild Berry” Mommosas for participants 21 and older at the finish line of the Suburban Chevrolet Ann Arbor Goddess Run !
Looking to PR or finish by a certain time? The Ann Arbor Track Club will have its pace team ready to help you meet your goals! Look for them in the starting area; they’ll be holding signs showing which pace they’ll be running. There will be pacers available at the following paces for the 5K: 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, and 12:00. Note: it’s perfectly fine to change from one pace to another while out on the course. After all, it’s your race!
