Tri Goddess Non-Tri Events!

Other than the exciting Tri Goddess Tri races you can participate in, we have a fun-packed lineup for our Tri Goddesses, from yoga to pasta to art and more! Here is a breakdown of the different events happening and how to sign up for each:

 

Friday, June 22

 

5 p.m. Triathlon 101 with the Race Director, Eva Solomon and Meredith Atwood, Swim Bike Mom

If this is your first tri or your first tri in a while, join our race director and Swim Bike Mom for a summary of the weekend’s events and the sport’s ins and outs. You’ll feel confident and ready to race! No registration required.

 

 

6:30 p.m. Zen Tri

Run/walk.Yoga.Meditate. Join us in this new event (with 3 mi or 1.5 mi options) presented by Breathe Yoga, with all donations going to Karen’s Trail. Register HERE.

Ray’s Red Hot Tofu Dogs (and regular menu items) will be available for purchase after the Zen Tri.

 

Saturday, June 23

7 a.m. Yoga on the Beach with Lisa Hesse

Join us in welcoming the day and centering your mind as you prepare to participate in your event or cheer on fellow Tri Goddesses. This is a complimentary event, and no registration is required.

12 p.m. High Noon Yoga in the Park with Rachel Yu

Join us at the finish area with your yoga mat or towel for a fun mid-day stretch and toning. $5 donation suggested. Register HERE.

2 p.m. Art in the Park

We’ll provide the canvas, paint, brush, and a snack! Just bring your artistic capabilities and paint your own Retro Tri Goddess likeness. This event is complimentary, but please register HERE if you plan to attend.

4 p.m. Bike Maintenance Clinic

Join Emily from Fraser Bicycle for this woman-to-woman talk on DIY bike maintenance. Ever think you should know something about your bike but were afraid to ask? Then this is the clinic for you! This event is complimentary, but please register HERE if you plan to attend.

5 p.m. Q and A with the Race Director

Bring all of your unanswered questions and meet our race director beside the Pasta Tent for this session. No registration required.

5:15 – 6:30 p.m. Pasta in the Park

Carbo-load with some yummy catered pasta as you kick back and relax with friends in the great outdoors! A portion of the proceeds will go to Karen’s Trail. To purchase your ticket, click HERE.
