The Probility Ann Arbor Marathon Health and Fitness Expo will be held on Saturday, March 21 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at:

2|42 Community Center 648 S Wagner Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103


  • One 8-foot table and 2 chairs will be provided unless otherwise requested.

  • Vendors must supply their own table cover.

  • Wi-Fi is available for all vendors.

  • Electricity is available if requested on the booth registration form below.

Load In: 10:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. (Pull up to Entrance or Exit Doors)

There is a kids’ race taking place at 11:30 a.m. in the parking lot at 2|42. For the safety of the kids, please plan to have cars parked by 11:15 a.m.

Expo Hours: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Load Out: 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Pull up to Entrance or Exit Doors)

You will be able to drive up to the entrance or exit doors to load in and load out.
Please remember to promptly exit the loading area once finished, and park in the lot so that other vendors are able to use the space.

Race Day Athlete Village is at the race site on Sunday, March 22, 2020

Load In: 5:00 a.m. – 5:45 a.m. (Course is closed from 6:00 to 6:15 a.m. for runners choosing the early start option, and all cars must be off of the course before 6:00 a.m.) Access Athlete Village by Madison. After 6:00 a.m., you can park on Madison and carry in your supplies.

Race Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m

Load Out: Can be done anytime by carrying supplies to your car parked on Madison, or you can pull up after the race is complete.

Location: S. 5th Avenue between John St. and E. Madison St.

Parking: Access to Athlete Village and Parking will be on Madison St.

Booths:Β All race day booths must supply their own tables, tents and any supplies needed. There will not be electricity or Wi-Fi available unless you bring your own generator or hotspot.
