We love our host clubs!

Here’s how it works:
– As a host club, you are required to have 20 volunteer shifts for the event
– For every 5 volunteers provided beyond the minimum, your club will receive 2 free entries to any Epic Race
– Choose which event your club would like to be the “Host Club” (see list of events at www.epicraces.com)
– Email volunteer@epicraces.com and let us know
– You’ll receive an agreement from our volunteer coordinator
– Once signed, you will receive a discount code for 15% off all Epic Races good for the next 12 months

A few details to know:
– A volunteer shift  is a 4-hour minimum
– Minimum age is 18 to count as a shift
– Younger volunteers need to work with an adult and count as 1/2 shift
